Bill Grey

Born and raised in Marin County California, Bill is an intuitive, philosophic artist... our graphic studio's innovator. At fourteen Bill, clear that he was an artist, started painting and drawing with a passion in high school.

Bill Grey

He continued on with a full scholarship to California College of Arts & Crafts and The Art Institute of San Francisco in 1967-68.

While in the Air Force, he created artwork for a global satellite surveillance project, including illustrated posters, awards and presentation materials.... and artwork celebrating the "Moonwalk" in 1969. In 1974, after spending three years with Payless Drugs creating product displays and signage, Bill started his own business at 25 as a sign painter and logo designer (a particular strength of his).

He took advertising courses at San Francisco's Academy of Art College and expanded into advertising, packaging, brochures and catalog design - covering the gamut of print graphics.

Always anticipating future trends, looking for creative expression and knowledge, Bill bought his first graphics computer in 1984 and began to design full color graphics extensively within a few months. Over the years he has incorporated the best of traditional techniques into the supercharged world of computer graphics.
